An ideal addition to Carrière Frères’ range of scented candles, the botanical palets are elegant wax-accessories designed to perfume small spaces. Whether hung on a door handle, set on a bedside table, or placed in a wardrobe or drawer, every botanical palet is a seasonal invitation to uncover rare scents. Each palet is entirely hand-made in the Maison’s ateliers. Individually adorned with a green cotton ribbon, each palet features a botanical element, sustainably sourced by l’Herboristerie de la Chartreuse through a network of local foragers or worldwide sustainable practices.

Its essential oil, of the highest quality, purifies and heals. Lavender is a grand and generous flower.

Orange Blossom:  The orange flower grows on the citrus tree, or “Citrus Aurantium”, of the Rutaceae genus. In bloom, the tree aunts its white flowers to the world, emitting a suave fragrance that has symbolized purity and beauty since Antiquity. Intoxicating but mysterious, these flowers used to adorn the garlands of young brides.

It was in the XVII century that orange blossom became popular in European courts thanks to Marie-Anne de La Trémoille, Princess of Ursins, who made it a great use for her rites of care
